The guest cottage is a perfect solution for modern hotels and private customers designed and developed by DALID.

The guest cottage is made of two sections. Each section has two floors luxury apartment. The cottage is designed for two families of two adults and two children. There is a technical room for the luggage and big items at the entrance. There are the general recreation zone, hall, bar, the dining room, living room, bathroom and wardrobe on the first floor. On the second floor can be found a bedroom for adults with bathroom, home office, kids bedroom for 2 persons with bathroom and hall.

Status: own design of DALID from 08.2016, it’s under construction now at one of the sites.

Variants of adjustments

All our solutions can be adjusted to your needs. The initial project was calculated for use of natural materials of high quality and equipment. We can build in hamams, Finish sauna, and small sauna on demand.

GUEST COTTAGE INTERIOR

This cottage was designed to meet the practical and safety requirements, to fill the cottage with the daylight, beauty of natural materials and textures. The Canadian cedar was chosen to furnish the façade and interior of the luxury cottage. All furniture was designed and manufactured according to the custom drawings made by DALID, furnished with cedar veneer and finished with varnish coating several times. The furniture is moisture resistant and durable in service. Fabric furniture like tables, chairs, bar stools are manufactured by Bosnian company ARTISAN and have elegant look.

BUILDING STRUCTURE

The building structure is based on concrete foundation, the floor, the ceiling of the first and second floors are made of monolithic concrete.
