OUR PROFILE: RESORT DEVELOPMENT: high quality turnkey-spa complexes, hotels, resorts, spa-wellness centres, spa complexes and facilities, creation of medical spa facilies (medical wellness), indoor and outdoor public and private spa and snow room facilities. Landscape: design and construction of both hard and soft landscaping.
WHAT WE DO:: Develop and design new or update existing structures and facilities; building on turnkey conditions spa complexes and various infrastructure facilities for resorts and hotels. We produce customized spa elements and snow rooms. Offer turnkey solutions for hotel, business and private clients: hotel lodges, spa lodges, combined sauna houses, guest cottages. All our solutions are adapted for the country location, the weather, terrain and the wishes of the customer.

310000 m² (31 hectare) — development and general planning of territories for resort and hotel complexes (Spa Wellness Resort) including all engineering communications, as well as hard and soft landscaping.

Our experience includes the development, design and construction of turnkey Spa complexes, various infrastructure facilities for Spa complexes, resorts, and hotels in regional and international projects. We are also constantly developing new state of the art products and services for all our current clients and projects.
HOW WE WORK
Initial consultation is free — covering primary analysis, identification of strengths and weaknesses, the formation of goals and objectives. Specification details of the primary concept, the technical and economic feasibility of the project (contract №1). Development project (contract №2).
In cases of finished products or ordering, request for the manufacture of bespoke Spa elements scheme.
