GLOBINO is a corporate spa & wellness center located in the Globino city in the central part of Ukraine. The center is designed for seminars and trainings for managers and top managers of the Globino corporation and for recreation of the employees.

SPA COMPLEX WITH THE TOTAL AREA OF 1200 m² INCLUDES:

25 m pool;
sauna 120 m² including:
mini pool with salt water and cold water;
two Japan barrels – bath furako and 4 ofuro;
Finish sauna and Russian sauna 19 m² with brick stove for wood;
Salt room 16 m²;
Marble hamams 14 and 8 m²;
recreation zone with fireplace and bar;
hall;
yoga room;
gym and other administrative spaces.

STEPS FOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

In May 2014 DALID started its work signing the general contractor services agreement. Shortly afterwards we got access to the one floor building case.

The design was finished, all necessary documentation for construction works were obtained and prepared prior the moment when the construction started. DALID has managed to complete the design of inner nets by the same time.

The project was completed and finished in June 2015. Works were done with perfection according to planned budget, time frames and project scheme.
