The project consists of 3 floors, designed to accommodate up to 150 guests at peak capacity.

This conceptual project redefines luxury and wellness through the development of a comprehensive concept, business modeling, master planning, and further detailed design and engineering of a massive 1,800 m² SPA complex at Resort. The multifunctional SPA complex is crafted to enhance the resort’s brand, attract discerning guests, and maximize revenue potential.

As part of the project, a comprehensive budget analysis was conducted to ensure precise financial planning and alignment with investment objectives. Additionally, we performed a strategic assessment of operational and economic sustainability to ensure long-term profitability and value for stakeholders.

Furthermore, a thorough technical evaluation of core engineering systems was carried out to optimize energy efficiency, including electrical and thermal infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration into the resort’s existing infrastructure while minimizing operational costs.
